Support Pediatric Music Therapy! Support Us Today!
We Will Spread Music Together
Guitars for Good Incorporated (G4G) is a Section 501(c)(3) federal non-profit that is dedicated making music education accessible to every child.

G4G's first step in this process was ensuring the pediatric patients have the opportunity to experience music education. Rather than recreating the infrastructure in-place to do this, we focused on supporting the systems in place. We support pediatric music therapists as they provide care to their patients. Music Education Program
In pursuit of this mission, G4G also launched the Guitars for Good Music Education Program (MEP). While this stage is still in progress, the goal is to have talented youth musicians teach their instruments on video. This method vary's greatly from what is currently available which often lacks human connection and certainly lacks the energy and relatability provided by a young teacher.

“One of our inpatient kiddos is already enjoying every second with his new guitar as it helps to distract him from pain/anxiety and normalize the hospital environment during his stay here. I am excited to put all of the instruments to good use!”
Rebecca Dadi
Music Therapist, Shriners Children's Hospital
“The electric guitar that we received from Guitars for Good was extremely popular in a recent outpatient group. With some guidance from the music therapist and some strategic open tunings, several children who had never touched an electric guitar were able to join the band and strum along with their favorite songs.”

Music Therapist, The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia
“On behalf of the entire music therapy team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, thank you so much for all of your incredible support towards our team! The guitars and equipment generously donated / fixed by your organization have provided more opportunities for patients and families to express themselves during their hospital stay. This is paramount to their coping and we are so grateful! We look forward to seeing the continued positive impact for the patients and families we have the honor and privilege of working with. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much!”
